Paul Bollard - President
Paul is the President of Bollard Acoustical Consultants, Inc., and majority owner. In his 18 years since receiving his BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sacramento State University, he has worked exclusively as a consultant in acoustics, vibration, and noise control engineering. Paul is a Board Certified Member of the Institute of Noise Control Engineering, and has authored over a thousand reports in his areas of expertise.

Paul lives in Loomis with his wife Diane, 3 children, 4 chickens and his Labrador retriever. In his limited spare time, Paul is the Cub-Master of the local Loomis Cub Scout Pack, and enjoys boating with family and friends.

Christine Hamberger - Office Manager
Christine joined our team about seven years ago. Before working for our firm, her career was in the banking/financial industry.  She earned a Certificate in Business at the College of Lake County in Illinois.

Christine lives in Sacramento, California.  In her spare time she likes to water ski, snow ski, go boating, fishing, hiking, ride her motorcycle and play the guitar.

Jonathan Lopez - Consultant
Jonathan has been employed as an acoustical consultant at BAC for the past 5 years, developing particular expertise in advanced modeling and computer simulation of complex acoustic environments.  Jonathan graduated with honors from California State University, Sacramento, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.  He is EIT certified and was an officer in Tau Beta Pi, the engineering honor society. is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) as well as an Associate Member of the Institute of Noise Control Engineers (INCE).   

Jonathan lives in Sacramento where he enjoys spending time with family and friends.  In his spare time he likes going to the gym, snowboarding, and taking his dogs to the local dog park.
